That’s who I am. I am frequently not the smartest person in the room. That is not who I am. Who am I then? I am the one that you call because you need something done and I know who to find that is the smartest person in their room. I know where my strength is and that is building bridges between people and organizations. I connect people and things to make the magic happen. Putting the right people together isn’t where it stops though, I also maintain and grow new and existing relationships because that’s how you create return customers and eliminate churn.

“A guy from New York…”
I’m a native Chinese American New Yorker, born and raised. Originally from Staten Island, I’m a Brooklyn Technical High School and Stony Brook University Alum. Early on, I developed a passion for helping others and of the many paths that I’ve walked in my life include some dabbling as an EMT-B, Firefighter, and Auxiliary Police Officer. I’ve been rather blessed with amazing family, friends, and coworkers (who we all know quickly evolve to become both friends and family). In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and the newest book that catches my attention.
xBAO is my latest passion project, an attempt to document and organize the many thoughts I’ve put together while staring at the clouds while on my latest transcontinental flight or while inspired by something I heard or saw while on the R train.
