Soy Marinated Egg – Mayak Egg

Of the many ingredients in the world, eggs may be one of my favorite. The first time I had this was when my sister made these and they were just so amazing that I ate them all and reused the marinade with more eggs. These are a flavorful, marinated egg and it’s important to follow the proportions in the recipes to prevent the eggs from becoming too sweet, salty or without enough flavor. I have a preference to eat the eggs with a yolk with almost a jello type consistency. I’ve also included a link to a pretty good explanation of what’s needed to get the perfect consistency (feel free to adjust the recipe to get the yolk consistency you are comfortable with).
